What is the best and most user friendly website building software?

If I want to build a website, what would be the best and easiest software to use to help do that? I use a PC, and I have a very good general knowledge of computers. However, I do not know anything up putting together a website. Is there some software out there that is super user friendly and would be good for beginners?
Adobe DreamWeaver… That’s the program I use

Dreamweaver is ok when you have some kind of HTML or PHP knowledge. If you don’t, I recommend another kind of tool. Try Joomla!, this is a site builder, kind of a template for your site, and it will let you build an entire professional and secured site (many, many sites uses this engine).

A website needs three things to work, a domain, a hosting service and the website itself. Now, to build the website, If you want to do more work yourself you can use a building software like dreamweaver or aptana studio(free ware). But if you’re in a hurry and don’t have a need to learn more stuff, try a Content Mangement System like Joomla or WordPress.
