W3 Schools is the best place online to learn how to make websites. The W3 consortium are the people who actually make all the rules that govern the scripting languages, so they are the best authority on them.
Learn HTML first, it is the basic one that lets you build basic webpages. After that, learn Javascript, and then PHP. Those three will let you do almost anything on a website.

    Start here:

    It’s a basic HTML tutorial.

My advice is to learn about the basics first, once you actually start building your website you may want some specific software and books, but first step is learning the very basics, and that starts with html.

I’ve used Yola in the past and you should be able to create one without much technical knowledge. I’ve linked below to their Getting Started section. Hope this helps!
