   Hey,
   try posting it as a project on techjungle.info with a small reward as any tool would not be safe regarding the payment issues.
   i also got my website developed there and also get small tweaks by posting contests.

   If all you need is a simple website, with few items to sell, I would suggest A4DeskPro website builder (http://www.a4deskpro.com), which can build websites very quickly, with built-in shopping cart, image viewer, video player and contact form. No any installation or scripting required.
